A dictator can simply dial the provided 800 number, enter a user ID and immediately begin dictating. With the ability to enter demographic and worktype information, the completed dictation is automatically forwarded to our transcription workflow for immediate processing by a pool of highly skilled transcriptionists.

For mobility in dictation without the use of a telephone, Amicus Sten-Tel also allows dictations to be processed that are created on any number of devices, including portable digital recorders, Pocket PC, Palm Pilots, and even the PC desktop. Once the dictation is created on any device, and the devices is docked with the PC, the files can automatically be transferred securely over the internet to our transcription workflow.
