IQSpeak™ streamlines and simplifies the dictation process, pulling each demographic profile from the practice management system for each scheduled patient encounter, placing it on the PDA. The physician simply clicks on the patient's name and begins speaking to create a digital dictation.

E-Signature

Our integrated ASP transcription product also includes the ability to electronically sign documents that have been processed through its workflow. With the features of multiple signers and automatic distribution, we offer e-signature for a nominal per transaction charge per dictator. Using a web based interface, we can allow documents to be signed, corrected and appended online while maintaining HIPPA compliance and security.
